When you select Zoom as your telehealth application, a meeting ID will be generated by Zoom that you and your clients can click on.Ĭlients do not need access to the Client Portal to join these sessions as they are conducted outside of Practice Better. Practice Better will include the Zoom Meeting ID which you and your clients can click on from their confirmation or reminder email or by logging into the Client Portal and viewing their session details. Once your client has access to the Client Portal, you and your client will need to log into the portal to join the session. When you select Practice Better as your Telehealth application, your client will need access to the Client Portal. There is no additional fee associated with this feature. This feature is built into our platform and is completely HIPAA compliant and secure. Practice Better allows you to conduct one-on-one telehealth sessions with your clients. Limited to 1-on-1 sessions on the Starter plan.
